Linker has very much been a long and up hill journey for me. It has taken me about two years to complete the album. During that time I also finished my PhD, got my first job, moved overseas and along with my wife and two kids, welcomed the newest addition to our family: Dakota Zane.
I always think of my music as quite visual and this album is no exception. It takes the listener on a journey, in this case exploring the interface between reality and imagination, the real world and the daydream world. I took a lot of inspiration from thinking about the sky and flight as well as the underwater world, in particular the dance of the mesmerizing Aurelia Aurita jellyfish. I hope you can enjoy this music and through listening to it create imagery of your own. –freezedream
